The Skill Set page offers a detailed view of each learner's progress. Here’s what you’ll find:
Behavior selection & skill grouping
On the left, you’ll see a list of behaviors, each linked to relevant soft skills. These behaviors, chosen during onboarding or from the learner’s dashboard, help Morphoses recommend personalized curricula for your learner. If you want to unlock new behaviors, you can do so by clicking Add behavior on the Skill Set page.
Skill progress tracking
As your learner attends sessions, you’ll see their soft skills progress. After the third session covering a specific skill, progress begins to display within the Skill Set. Each skill is categorized by development levels:No level yet (When there is insufficient data)
Emerging
Developing
Competent
Advanced
Detailed skill information
Clicking on any soft skill reveals more insights, including:The learner’s performance in that skill compared to peers of the same age
Total number of sessions focused on that specific skill
Recommended curricula for further skill enhancement
