“The 60-Second Creative Challenge” ⚡🎨

Duration

10–12 minutes

How It Works

Set a series of 60-second creative challenges that teenagers must complete on camera.
The goal is to energize the group, encourage creativity, movement, spontaneity, and fun interaction.

Challenge Ideas 🎯

  • Shadow Shape Challenge

Create a “shadow shape” using your hands and show it on screen.

  • Emoji Sculpture

Use 3 objects to create a “live” version of an emoji (happiness, surprise, excitement, etc.).

  • Freeze Jump

Do 5 jumps and on the last one “freeze” for 3 seconds in a funny pose.

  • Beat the Timer Stretch

In 30 seconds, show 3 different stretches that give you energy.

  • The Balance Test

Stand on one foot for 20 seconds while holding an object in the air.

  • Mirror Challenge

Copy 3 quick movements that I show you (or work in pairs).

  • Mini Art Composition

Create a mini artistic composition using 3 objects from your room.

  • Frozen Mood Pose

Create a “freeze pose” that represents your current mood.

  • Motivation Boost

Create a 10-second motivational message for the group.

  • Color Mood Challenge

Find 2 objects with the same color that represent how you feel right now.

  • Mini Abstract Art

Create a small abstract art composition using 4 objects in 60 seconds and present it on camera.

Extra Fun Tip ✨

Encourage the teenagers to create and suggest their own challenges so the whole group can participate together!

🎵 Don’t forget the music, it makes the activity even more energetic and engaging!

Let's play Rouk Zouk 🎉

Age Group

Suitable for all ages

Duration

8–10 minutes

Activity Description

Get ready to play an icebreaker game inspired by the famous TV show “Rook Zook”!

Goal

The team must discover the 5 hidden words chosen by one child in each round.

This activity promotes:

  • teamwork,

  • communication,

  • quick thinking,

  • and active participation.

Instructions

Explain to the children that in each round:

  • one child becomes the “team leader,”

  • receives a category,

  • and secretly chooses 5 words related to that category.

With the tutor’s help in a breakout room, the child prepares the hidden words.

After returning to the main room:

  • the tutor reveals only the category,

  • and the rest of the children begin guessing words one by one in order to discover all 5 hidden words.

Preparation for Tutors 📝

Before the session, the tutor should prepare several categories, such as:

  • 5 objects found in a living room

  • 5 countries in Europe

  • 5 animals found in a zoo

  • 5 emotions people experience

The older the children are, the more challenging the categories can become.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Choose the child who will be the first team leader.

  2. Create a breakout room with the child.

  3. Share the category privately.

  4. Help the child think of 5 hidden words if needed.

  5. Return to the main session.

  6. Share a countdown timer on the screen.

  7. Set the order in which children will guess.

  8. Children take turns saying words until time runs out.

Example:

  • Child A guesses first

  • Child B joins after 10 seconds

  • Child C after 20 seconds

  • etc.

Make sure the children clearly understand:

  • the order,

  • the timing,

  • and how the guessing works.

Tutor Notes ✨

While children are guessing:

  • keep track of how many hidden words are discovered,

  • encourage teamwork,

  • celebrate participation,

  • and reveal the missing words at the end.

You may also ask the team leader:

“How many words did your team manage to find?”

Tips for Larger Groups 👥

If there is not enough time for every child to lead a round:

Option A

Explain that children who do not get a turn today will become team leaders in the next session.

Option B

Place children in pairs inside breakout rooms and allow them to choose the hidden words together collaboratively.
