The activity is designed to boost energy, movement, confidence, teamwork, and laughter during the session.

Challenge Ideas 🎯

“Find something that represents you and bring it back in 20 seconds!”

Emoji Pose Battle

Give the group an emotion and challenge them to pose like an emoji that represents it.

Creative Pitch

“In 20 seconds, share a mini idea that could change the world.”

Power Move Burst

Show 3 powerful movements (power pose, quick jump, strong stance, etc.) that boost your energy and confidence on camera.

Beat the Coach – Reflex Test

Quickly demonstrate 3 movements and challenge participants to repeat them with perfect timing.

Balance With a Twist

Stand on one foot and, without falling, either spin slightly or balance an object at the same time.

Micro Dance Challenge

Create a 10-second mini dance sequence and challenge the others to copy it.

Extra Fun Twist ✨

The tutor performs the funniest version first and challenges the teenagers to do an even better or funnier one!

🎵 Don’t forget to play their favorite music to make the activity even more energetic and engaging!

Let's Play Rouk Zouk 🎉

Duration

8–10 minutes

Activity Description

Get ready to play an icebreaker game inspired by the famous TV show “Rouk Zouk”!

Goal

The team must discover the 5 hidden words chosen by one child in each round.

This activity promotes:

  • teamwork,

  • communication,

  • quick thinking,

  • and active participation.

Instructions

Explain to the children that in each round:

  • one child becomes the “team leader,”

  • receives a category,

  • and secretly chooses 5 words related to that category.

With the tutor’s help in a breakout room, the child prepares the hidden words.

After returning to the main room:

  • the tutor reveals only the category,

  • and the rest of the children begin guessing words one by one in order to discover all 5 hidden words.

Preparation for Tutors 📝

Before the session, the tutor should prepare several categories, such as:

  • 5 objects found in a living room

  • 5 countries in Europe

  • 5 animals found in a zoo

  • 5 emotions people experience

The older the children are, the more challenging the categories can become.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Choose the child who will be the first team leader.

  2. Create a breakout room with the child.

  3. Share the category privately.

  4. Help the child think of 5 hidden words if needed.

  5. Return to the main session.

  6. Share a countdown timer on the screen.

  7. Set the order in which children will guess.

  8. Children take turns saying words until time runs out.

Example:

  • Child A guesses first

  • Child B joins after 10 seconds

  • Child C after 20 seconds

  • etc.

Make sure the children clearly understand:

  • the order,

  • the timing,

  • and how the guessing works.

Tutor Notes ✨

While children are guessing:

  • keep track of how many hidden words are discovered,

  • encourage teamwork,

  • celebrate participation,

  • and reveal the missing words at the end.

You may also ask the team leader:

“How many words did your team manage to find?”

Tips for Larger Groups 👥

If there is not enough time for every child to lead a round:

Option A

Explain that children who do not get a turn today will become team leaders in the next session.

Option B

Place children in pairs inside breakout rooms and allow them to choose the hidden words together collaboratively.
