First, select Content, then Games, and finally New Game.
Next, choose the skill you want to develop through the game, as well as the age group and language. Then add the game title.
After that, select the difficulty level, the types of stimuli, and leave the duration set to 15 minutes.
The first element of every game should be an introductory slide to help set the context and engage the children before the activity begins. Adding a description is optional. For the slide title, I usually use the name of the game. Make sure to confirm the title by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
You can then add a Quiz, which consists of a multiple-choice question. Be sure to select the correct answer before saving. Always click Save after making any changes.
For the time limit, we typically use 60 seconds, unless we intentionally want to make the activity more challenging.
You can upload files in any supported format. If you create a video in Canva, make sure to download it first and then upload it as a video file.
You can also drag and drop the slides and quizzes from the left-hand panel to arrange them in the correct order.
Another available activity type is a Puzzle, where children are asked to place the answers in the correct order. It is important that the content creator enters the answers in the correct sequence, as the platform will automatically shuffle them for the players.
By clicking the Preview (eye) icon in the top-right corner, you can see exactly how the game will appear to the children.
Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, click Submit for Review.
The game will then be sent to the Admin for evaluation.
When reviewing the game as an Admin, and you are confident that everything is ready for publication, simply Approve and Publish the game.
