Every learner and parent at Morphoses has a dedicated workspace designed just for them. Learners' workspace enables them to use the Morphoses platform more independently, while parents can have a better overview of their learners' actions and performance.

What is our goal? To make the experience seamless and impactful for every user!

Learner’s workspace

To enter the learner’s workspace use the switcher in the upper right corner (dropdown from your avatar) to switch to the learner’s workspace for each user in your account.

Alternatively, you can enter a learner’s workspace from the parent’s dashboard by selecting the learner you want to join the class.

When entering the learner's workspace, their dashboard appears. It contains the list of the enrolled classes, their sessions' history, and the scheduled next sessions. The learner can access their class and session page. Only through the learner’s workspace, a learner can access the session’s meeting room.

Browsing through the available curricula, learners can request enrollment in every available class. Even if a learner is too young to use the platform independently of their parents, we ask them to switch to learners' workspaces when using the Morphoses platform.

The kids are not yet able to log in to the Morphoses app with their own password. Please use your parent’s credentials to log in.

Parent’s workspace

When parents log in to the platform, the parent’s workspace is always the default workspace. Parents can switch from parent to learner workspace, and back at any time. We put in place controls to help prevent younger learners from switching to and accessing the parent workspace. When switching from learner to parent workspace you will be prompted to enter your account password (same as in login).

Parents see their personal dashboard containing the list of the classes their learners are enrolled in, recommended curricula, and the sessions' history. Only from the parent’s workspace, it is possible to enroll their learner(s) in a new class or accept an enrollment request.

From the class and session page, parents are able to see the report of every session, which contains the learner(s)’ and the instructor’s reviews, as well as the recording of the session.
