Problem 1 - I cannot find the ‘Join session’ button

Solution

  1. Make sure you have switched to the learner’s workspace. (Check the user’s name and avatar in the upper right corner)

  2. Make sure that your session starts in less than 15 minutes, otherwise the button will not be visible.

  3. You can always visit the How to join a session article that explains everything in detail

Problem 2 - My camera and/or my microphone do not work.

Solution

Make sure you have allowed access to your browser to use your camera and your microphone

  1. Click on the lock icon

  2. Make sure that the camera and microphone options are enabled as shown below

Problem 3 - I cannot hear the other participants.

Solution

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the top right of the video section

  2. Under the ‘Speaker’ menu select the correct audio output.

Problem 4 - I want to change my camera or my microphone device.

Solution

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the top right of the video section

  2. Under the ‘Camera’ or ‘Microphone’ menu select the devices that you want to use.

Problem 5 - I have connection problem

Solution

  1. Refresh your browser page.

  2. Quit/close your current browser and try joining again closing any tab that you don't use.

  3. Make sure that your browser is updated.

  4. Close any other applications that may be controlling access to the camera or microphone.

  5. Restart your WIFI router.
