How to reduce the background noise?

If you want to reduce the background noise before you click Join meeting choose the Noise reduction button from the settings, and then you are ready for your session!

How can I set up my background?

We encourage you to use a blurry filter or a quiet background so the class will not get distracted from your personal space. Wanna know how to do it? Easy.

  1. Choose the settings button at the down-right corner of the room.

  2. Choose the Effects button.

  3. Choose the effect you prefer.

In case you are experiencing a technical problem with your microphone or camera, click on the lock button on your taskbar. You need to make sure that all the features are on.

The same goes for your learners. If a learner experiences technical issues with the camera or/and the microphone, you should guide them through to change the features.
