Joining a Session

  • From Dashboard: Select your class and then the upcoming session. A "Join session" button appears 15 minutes before the start time.

First-time Access: Grant permission to your microphone and camera.

  • Join Meeting: Click "Join Now" to enter the session room.

Alternatively, you can follow the next steps.

  • From your Dashboard, click the class of interest.

  • Choose the Next session from the sessions list. Fifteen (15) minutes before the session's scheduled start time, a Join Now button will appear at the top-right corner of the page. This will lead you to the room where the session will take place.

  • The first time you enter a room, you will be requested to give access to your microphone and camera.

  • Click “Join Now,” and you will be ready for your session!

Letting Learners In

  • Learner Requests: Learners "knock" to join. Click "Let in" to admit them.

  • Early Arrivals: If it's too early, you can send a message and put them on hold.

Starting a Session

  • Initiate Session: Click "Start session" in the room's top-right corner.

  • Start Recording: Always begin recording before starting the session.

  • Important: Start the session to enable session reviews and attendance submissions.

Presenting an Activity

  • Screen Sharing: Use the "Share" option to present activity content.

  • Sharing Options: Choose to share your entire screen, a specific window, or a Chrome tab. Tip: We recommend sharing just the Chrome tab where the activity's content exists.

  • Click **Share.

Filling Out the Attendance Form

  • Accessing Attendance: Click "Attendance" to view enrolled learners.

  • Verification: Confirm attendance, even if auto-filled.

Note! Remember that you will always be asked to finalize the attendance form before you start reviewing your session.

Completing or Skipping Activities

  • Activity Completion: Click the "check button" on completed activities.

  • Skipping Activities: Use the "skip button" to bypass activities. Note: Skipping all activities cancels the session.

In case the class time is not manageable and you need to skip an activity, click on the skip button on the respective activity.

Attention! If you skip all activities, then the session becomes canceled.

Assisting Learners with Reviews

  • Guidance for Reviews: Help learners, especially younger ones, by directing them to "Start your review" button on the right side of their screen - the yellow button.

  • Learner's View: Show them the learner's view for clarity.

Learners' view:

Completing Your Review

  • Post-Session Review: Click "Add review" after the session. Please make sure you have first said goodbye to the class and everyone has left before you go to your review, as you will go out of the meeting to fill it.

  • Later Review: Alternatively, navigate to the session page later to add your review. As reviews take around 5 minutes, please do not delay it more than 24h to comply with Morphoses policy.

What is included in my review form?

The review form has two sections:

  • the review of each learner individually

ATTENTION! You need to review learners objectively based on their behavior during the session, their commitment to the activities, and the soft skill enhancement you observed. Your review is crucial for the learners' progress, therefore, it is important to pay attention to it.

  • You have the option of leaving personal comments for students’ review. Please feel free to do so if you have something to add. Please be mindful that these comments are being sent as emails directly to parents; thus, they should be well structured, with good syntax and grammar.

  • When you have completed your review, click Submit. That's all!

Tracking Learners' Attendance per Session

  • On the session page, see the Session details.

Further, you can find the Attendance Stats at the bottom of the class page.

  • Here, you can check the overall class attendance rate (at the bottom in the dark gray box).

  • You can check the attendance per learner and session.

Session Recording

  • Safety and Quality: Recordings ensure safety and help assess tutor and content quality.

  • Self-Improvement: Review sessions to identify areas for improvement.

  • Parental Insight: Allows parents to view their child's session experience.

Note: Recordings stay online for 10 days and are automatically deleted forever.
