Dear Morphoses Instructors,

Your contribution is invaluable in maintaining a high-quality learning environment and supporting the success of our students. To ensure we provide the best possible experience for our students, we have established some key guidelines regarding teaching and our collaboration. The aim of these guidelines is to help us stay organized and consistent.

Please read them carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

1. Student Attendance & Dropout Rate

Active student participation in lessons is crucial for the success of the course and the educational process as a whole. In cases where we observe low engagement levels or frequent absences, we will carefully assess the situation from the students' perspective to understand the reasons that may be affecting their participation. It is important to ensure that every student feels comfortable and encouraged to participate. If participation remains low, we will work with you to find ways to improve the learning experience. If the issue persists, we may need to reconsider our approach or make some changes to ensure the class operates smoothly, as student participation is key to their success.

2. Student’s Evaluation

Upon completing each activity, as well as each lesson, students are asked to answer two questions regarding how much they enjoyed the activity and their overall level of participation in the lesson. If low scores are observed in these questions, we will review the reasons behind this (e.g., whether changes are needed in the educational material or if a different approach is required from the instructor). This will allow us to implement the best possible solution.

3. Tutor’s Evaluation

The evaluation process by Morphoses instructors is a significant aspect of our educational approach and takes place for each lesson and at the completion of a program.

Regarding the evaluation of each lesson, in order to ensure the quality of teaching and the progress of the students, it is essential for instructors to complete their evaluation for each child who participated within 24 hours. This practice allows us to monitor the students' experience and adjust our methods according to their needs.

Additionally, regarding program evaluation, it is necessary to complete the overall evaluation for each child within 48 hours of the last lesson. This gives us a full picture of the students' progress and participation and helps us identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.

4. Absence from Lessons Without Prior Notice & Postponing/Canceling Lessons

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from delivering a lesson. In such cases, it is important to inform us as soon as possible. However, if you are absent from two lessons without prior notice within an academic year, or if there are more than two absences/postponements within a five-month period, we will need to reconsider our collaboration, as consistency is critical for the smooth operation of the program. Of course, in cases of serious reasons, such as illness, the above absences/postponements are understandable.

Thank you for being a member of our educational team.
