The Classroom Conference Room is the virtual space where learners participate in Morphoses sessions. It is the primary space for interaction, activities, and video conferencing during the session. You can access the Classroom Conference Room by pressing the "Join now" button from the home page, class page, or session page. Below is a description of the key features relevant to parents.
Mood Check
When the learner enters the class, they are asked to select their mood from the following options: Sad, Tired, Neutral, Happy, or Excited. This information is only visible to the tutor, helping them understand how learners are feeling at the start of the session. This supports emotional awareness and helps create a positive learning environment.
Learners Tab
In the Learners tab, the tutor can see a list of all participants in the session, along with their engagement with Morphoses, represented as XP (experience points). Click the learner’s link under their name to get more detailed information about their profile.
Chat (Text, Emojis, and Raise Hand)
During the session, the learner can use the chat feature to communicate with others. The emoji button allows them to send emojis or raise their hand to let the tutor know they have a question or need assistance.
Activities
Each session includes a series of activities that focus on the application of specific soft skills, such as creative thinking or problem-solving. The tutor manages the timing and flow of these activities throughout the session.
Activity Review
At the end of each activity, the learner is given 10 seconds to rate the activity on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. This review period helps gather feedback on how engaging and enjoyable the activities were, allowing Morphoses to continuously improve its sessions.
Session Review
At the end of the session, the learner will be asked to answer a few questions about their participation and the soft skills they applied during the activities. This helps Morphoses assess their progress and adjust future sessions to better suit their needs.
Troubleshoot Button
If any connection issues arise during the session, the tutor will use the Troubleshoot button to ensure that problems are addressed quickly and minimize disruptions to the learner’s experience.
